          This work is financed by Ministry of Science and Technology, People’s Republic of Bangladesh.    

              Duration: July 2011- February 2013

  • Project Title: Effectiveness of Micro and Nano Composites Lead Free Solder Alloys for Electronics Application.

   This research acknowledge a project of A*Star Science and Engineering Research Council (SERC Grant No. 1021650082), Singapore through the innovation consortium ‘‘Ruggedized Electronics’’ program.
