Grameenphone Academy partners with various organizations, including HDNB, to address unemployment and bridge critical skills gaps in Bangladesh.ย This program aims to equip Bangladeshi youth with practical skills for the global freelancing market, effectively bridging the gap between academic knowledge and industry demands. The curriculum typically includes interactive online classes and mentorship, with a strong focus on in-demand skills like UX/UI design and web development (specifically WordPress). A key objective is to help students start earning, with a target of $100 within three months and $1,000 within eight months through dedicated mentor guidance. The program has already demonstrated significant success, with a notable percentage of participants beginning to earn within months of completing the training.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Mehedi Hasan on this incredible accomplishment and welcome him to the program and look forward to supporting his growth every step of the way. This marks a significant beginning in his freelancing journey. The “Freelancing Factory” program aims to empower Bangladeshi youth with practical skills for the global freelancing market, with a focus on in-demand areas like web development. Its success has been evident in its ability to enable students to start earning within months of program completion .
