ICPC Asia Dhaka Regional Contest 2023, BUBT এ UITS এর অংশগ্রহণ

On the 2023 ICPC Asia Dhaka Regional, held at Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT) on November 4, the team UITS_O (Struggle) representing University of Information Technology and Sciences (UITS) took the 113th position among 225 total teams.

The 3-member team consists of students from Department of Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) and Department of Information Technology (IT) and was coached by Mr. AL-Imtiaz, Assistant Professor and Head of Department of CSE and Head (acting) of Department of IT.

The International Collegiate Programming Contest, known as the ICPC, is an annual multi-tiered competitive programming competition among the universities of the world, often heralded as the largest event in the competitive programming community. The Dhaka Regional is the second phase of the contest, best teams from all over the country were selected to participate in it through an online preliminary.
