Research is related to the electric field-induced switching of nanometer-sized twin-related domains in relaxor-based ferroelectric solid solution near a morphotropic phase boundary composition for enhancement of piezoelectric and ferroelectric properties in ferroelectric materials, such as PZN-xPT and PMN-xPT as well as lead-free ferroelectric materials.Relaxor-based ferroelectric single crystal solid solution PZN-x PT and PMN-xPT, binary systems with compositions near a morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) have attracted much attention for applications in the high-performance actuator, non-destructive testing, FE-RAM and ultrasonic devices, making use of its superior piezoelectric and ferroelectric properties. The single crystal exhibits an excellent piezoelectric constant (d33~2500pC/N) and a high electromechanical coupling coefficient (k33~94%). Ferroelectrics with spontaneous polarization have high dielectric constant characteristics, piezoelectric, and pyroelectric. So ferroelectrics are applicable for various electronic devices like sensors, actuators, ultrasonic transducers, FeRAM, etc. Among the various ferroelectrics, we studied functional ferroelectric oxides, particularly relaxor ferroelectrics. As research content, creating new ferroelectric single crystals or ceramics, measurement of basic physical properties, dielectric properties, piezoelectric properties, PE hysteresis curve, and domain observation, Measurement of the hydrostatic pressure of the above characteristics. Until now, PZT solid solution or relaxor ferroelectric solid solution has been generally used as a piezoelectric material, but it has begun to be regulated because it contains lead.
