Current Role: Mr. Md. Sakib Bin Alam is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Technology (IT) at the University of Information Technology and Sciences (UITS), Bangladesh. He is also the Acting Head of the Department of IT, where he guides curriculum alignment with AI and IT trends and promotes research-focused projects for students and faculty.

 

Previous Academic Roles: Mr. Alam has previously worked at prestigious institutions, including the Asian University for Women (AUW), where he taught computer science to women from underprivileged communities and diverse nationalities. Additionally, he served as a Teaching Assistant at the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), supporting courses in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence.
