Write some of the salient features of your Laboratories: (like super laboratories / embedded laboratories / what they practically learn that may help them in the job fields later etc.)

   i) Laboratory activities

Since, an engineer will have to address the challenges of new millennium and to excel them at international level, the department provides a broad laboratory support for the students, which will ensure the necessary breadth and depth of knowledge on diverse civil engineering fields.

  1. Sophisticated and contemporary programming, drafting, and design software in the super computer lab (e.g., MatLab, C/C++ programming, ETABS, AutoCAD, GIS, ANSIS, STAAD.Pro, ABAQUS etc.).
  2. Well operational Engineering Drawing lab to learn and become familiar with practical drawing in real life.
  3. Structural Mechanics & Engineering Materials lab for determining Strength & properties of different engineering materials and components.
